PRP, derived from the patient's own blood, is totally compatible with the body, with virtually no risk of complications. However, there are certain incompatibilities with this treatment. During your consultation, the surgeon will carefully examine your skin, your medical history and any medications you are currently taking.

There are several main contraindications to PRP injections:
